Directions
Reserve HALF of one banana and set aside for plating.
Peel and slice the remaining bananas. Place on a plate in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
In a blender, combine frozen bananas, dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, only ½ cup of yogurt, and only 1 cup of Naked Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Blend for a few seconds.
Add the oats, flax, and pumpkin pie spice and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Add ½ to ¾ cup of water depending on preferred thickness.
Peel and slice the remaining banana for garnish.
Divide the smoothie between four bowls. Top with toasted almonds and sliced banana.
