Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
Peel the bananas and mash with ONLY 6 tablespoons of peanut butter in a large bowl.
Add the oats, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips to the large bowl, stir to mix well.
Shape the mixture into 24 balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place on the prepared sheet pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until chilled, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
